So aren't all those people on Facebook Superimposing the French flag demonstrating bigotry against Islam?

I know the intention is to show solidarity with the French people, but in today's PC world, shouldn't it be considered bigotry? Libs, help me out, explain why or why not.

I would assume you are engaging in hyperbole, positing that, in political correctness taken to its logical conclusion, we should view the superimposed flag as insensitive to the plight of Muslims everywhere.

While I deplore the events in Paris, I don't see what purpose me superimposing their flag achieves. The cynic in me thinks this is all raw behavior data Facebook uses for future developing.

How does the posting of a flag demonstrate bigotry?

That is much more favorable to the recent past of changing french fries to freedom fries.

PC is a concept that involves societal expressions that insult people. Posting a French flag over your Facebook page does not insult anyone. If you hold a French flag up in front of a Daesh soldier, he doesn't wither up in self-disgust.

I realized it's PC now to be against PC, but only among those for whom PC was always a concept they couldn't stand. They want to be free to insult any person or group no matter who they are and not be disapproved of.

No. Islam is not responsible for the attacks on France, only ISIS is. Posting a French flag is support of French victims and, at most, a sign of defiance against ISIS terrorism.

I thinks it's absolutely pointless changing your profile picture. The amount of people being killed in parts of Asia and Africa is ridiculous yet they get no media coverage. People killing people is so,etching normal and unfortunately has always been.
