Ive been answering questions today for about an hour and now when I try to answer it says "false" and wont post my answer. is there a limit?

You will see the Red False message when you try to go over your daily limit and you will not be able to post another answer.

There are daily limits at every level. You can answer 20 questions and ask 5 each day at level 1.
