Thoughts on the name Marrin for a boy?

Its a mix up of two of our family members names, so has a lot of meaning :)

    I've known a few girls with that name, although they spelled it Marin. Never heard of it being used for a boy. If it is unisex, it's much more popular with girls.

    I really don't like it. If you feel compelled to use it, make it a middle name. The nickname would be Marry!
