What does it mean when you feel like a "shock" kind of feeling in your heart when you see a guy that you really like smile?

So I was in a class that I have with this guy that I really like and I already think he has the cutest smile ever because like the middle of his cheeks indent and his eyes squint and it's honestly the cutest thing ever and so earlier I looked over at him and saw him smile and literally felt like a shock kinda feeling in my heart. I'm not even exaggerating, like I actually felt this and I don't understand why I felt that or if it was a coincidence but can someone please explain it😂😂
