Can not play video on my cell phone.?
From time to time I can not play a video on by cell phone. I get the message: "Can not play video". These are short videos and I don't know what the problem is. Other times there is no problem at all.

So sad we don't know which cell phone or the source of the video... or how they are somehow accessed by your cell phone... Without this information, there is no way to know why the cell phone is behaving as you report.

The video format that the video is using is not supported by your phone.
