I had an email, which I printed out, took it to a Will Call station at the park (yes, there's a line, but usually a very short one) where they checked my ID and gave me a pass.

When you check out you are given the option to have them shipped to you or to pick them up at Will Call. Having them shipped will save you some time waiting in line when you get to the parks.
