SnapChat and my new iPhone?

So whenever I record or watch videos on snapchat, they're always silent unless I adjust the volume, EVEN WHEN the volume is already up to begin with. I know that when I record and post snaps, everyone can heard them because they respond to my snaps. So IDK wtf is going on. It's just annoying having to adjust the sound for every snap I watch and post.

You get what I mean? Please help, thanks.

    Is your phone on silent? With iPhones if the silent is on, then the snaps won't play audio unless you adjust the volume.
