Working Holiday in Israel?

I'm from Australia, and I would like to go on a working holiday in Israel. Is this a difficult process? Do a need a visa and how long is the wait for approval? Thanks.

It would seem this arrangement is just now being finalized:

If I were you I would call the Australian Embassy in Israel, they should have the latest details.

While Australia and Israel signed reciprocal Work and Holiday agreements on 22 October 2014, these arrangements have not yet taken effect and visas are not yet available. When/if they are, only 500 work and holiday visas will be available each year for each country and there will be (as yet unspecified) educational and/or other eligibility requirements to be met by applicants. There is no way of knowing how long it will be before the necessary legal and administrative processes to bring this visa arrangement into effect will be finalised.

Israel is surrounded by 250,000,000 Arabs who have sworn to murder every last man, woman, and child in Israel. Wouldn't it be safer for you to be in the ocean, filming a school of Great White sharks in a ravenous feeding frenzy?
