Let's talk sweet potatoes?

If you make sweet potatoes, or enjoy them, what's your favorite?

Canned or fresh?

Mashed, baked, roasted or casserole?

What kinds of seasonings to you like (sweet, savory, both?)

Marshmallows or no marshmallows?

    LOVE THEM! Sweet Potato casserole is probably my favorite dish at Thanksgiving. I've had it both ways, using fresh and canned. I'll eat either really. Our family recipe is topped with roasted,brown sugared Pecans. It really takes this dish to a new level!
