Let's talk cranberries?

Do you like them? Or do you just feel obligated to have them on the table?

Fresh, frozen or canned?

Chunky or jellied?

Any twists?

Fresh cranberries cooked with sugar until soft. When cool add a small can of drained mandarin orange slices.

    Very good.

Not a fan of just eating them raw as they are so very tart. But once you add some sugar to make it into a dessert they are actually pretty good.

I make a homemade cranberry sauce every year with fresh cranberries, granny smith apples and raisins. No way there will be canned cranberries at my Thanksgiving if I have any say! lol
