How to lose fat on your cheeks?

Ok I know the obvious answer is 'lose weight' but I am pretty skinny as it is to the point of almost having a six pack. I'm 5'9 and weigh 130 pounds so its definitely not an overall weight issue but my face makes me look twice as heavy.

I know drinking more water and eating healthier is supposed to help but is there anything else? Apparently face exercises are good but I'd rather hear it from someone who has actually tried them and saw improvement. Or will exercise slim down my face despite already being skinny/athletic looking? I've also heard chewing gum helps but again I'd want to hear stories from people who had the same problem of a fat face and skinny body seeing as those of you were (though you might not think it) lucky that you had some to lose. Thanks guys

    Sorry, you can't spot reduce. Face exercises will tone the muscles in the face. Chewing gum doesn't reduce face fat either, sorry. Assuming you're male, you're already underweight seeing as 152 is the minimum recommended for your height. Fat in your face is probably genetic and there's not anything you can do other than lose more weight (eventually that fat would be removed by the body, but the rest of you may end up looking unhealthy, which you would be), or liposuction (the only way to target specific areas for fat removal).

    If you are still fairly young, the fat may disappear as you get older (could be 'baby fat' so to speak).

    Keep a tiny water glass, which you should refill often, instead of a huge water bottle on your desk.

    When obtaining your kids from school, leave the car and greet them that has a hug instead of waiting in the car curbside.

    On breakfast, go ahead and ingest orange juice. But throughout other day, focus on water as an alternative to juice or soda

    Skip waiting bedrooms. When you have an session, check in and then go for a walk until this receptionist phones you.
