Is it possible to stream a movie from a windows7 PC to an xbox360?
pc is in one room, xbox360 in the other. was just wondering how to watch a movie in the xbox360 room without having to take out the pc from the other room. thanks.
its an mkv movie thats about 12 gigs in size and i dont want to convert the movieor burn a cd

Why do you need an xbox? Just buy a wireless TV to computer adapter and plug it into both.
Or if the movie is a video file you can download it onto a flash drive and plug it into your Xbox, open the flash drive in your Xbox menu, and play the video file.
