He used to send me heart eyes all the time and he talked about how badly he wanted to hangout with me, but now he doesn't do it as often and it takes him forever to answer my snapchats. Hes not dating anyone else, but what should i do? I was for sure he liked me, but now i dont know?
also, when he did send heart eyes, i would react back by sending a kissing emoji

He stopped becuase you didnt react to his hints. he was doing all the things becuase he liked you. i guess you didnt do anything to show you had feelings for him so he stopped. He probally felt like it was a one sided situation. He probally thought you didnt feelt he same way. if you like him let him know so he wont feel bad. He might feel rejected. Good Luck !
