From the horror films you have seen, which characters was the least deserving to die?

Young took a job at a dinosaur park that had already had the exact same thing happen before, so I got no sympathy, she didn't deserve to die but should have known the risks were incredibly high.

Marion Crane didn't deserve to die either, but was committing a crime when she was murdered, so it's not like she was a total innocent. And she did choose to stay at the world's most terrifying motel, it's not like she couldn't have found a nicer place to stay with all that cash.

Lambert, however, worked for Weyland-Yutani, which basically means she was fodder from the second she accepted a position with that corporation. I've got a long speech about how WY is the true villain of the Alien franchise, they're like Amazon except their turnover is only due to death on the job. So out of the three, I've got the most sympathy for Lambert. She just wanted to go the hell home, she had no idea her employer was happy to let her be xenomorph food.

My personal choice for least deserved death? I don't want to spoil anything for The Mist, so just gonna leave the title and let those that have seen it nod in agreement with me.
