I am trying to lose body fat/belly fat. How?

I know breakfast is the most important. What is healthy for someone trying to lose weight? I am 22 years of age and weigh 195. 6"2 . I did weigh around 175. I am reading Dr Phil's diet book. What is a healthy breakfast?

    I'm no expert, but i give my opinion.

    Judging from your height+weight your not overweight. But if you feel like it, then:

    It is known that when trying to lose weight it is important to change your diet from two or three meals per day to four or five smaller ones per day. Why? When hungry for longer time, body thinks it's starving and will use everything it can get from the next meal. So when you eat less meals but with larger portions, you'll have harder time to lose fat.

    Good breakfast? Something that keeps your hunger away until some *healthy* snack before lunch. Porridge is a solid yet a little boring starter for a day. Wholegrain bread with fillings like cheese / egg / some ham and a drink of your choosing; Water, orange juice, water etc work just fine. A smoothie made from berries, nuts, fruits and low calorie ingredients works on the side or just by itself as well.

    Snack between major meals should be something small healthy that keeps the hunger a bit away. Like berries or a yogurt.

    Remember to workout/exercise as well! It helps in losing weight efficiently and adds to the health factor greatly.

    You don't really need to diet to lose weight. I know I am probably going to get backlash for that last statement, but if you think about it, it's true. There are healthier raw ingredients that you can replace in recipes to make just about any food from roast chicken to pizza, sodas and cobbler healthy.

    Look for the book No Diet Designer's Cookbook on Lulu.com. Recipes from Food Network were transformed to be healthy but still flavorful.

    Stevia instead of sugar

    Yacon syrup instead of molasses

    Coconut Flour instead of wheat flour.

    Look for recipes for coconut flour and carbquik flour baked goods on Google, you will find many.

    Look for sodas without chemicals and High Fructose Corn Syrup.

    Fever Tree, Virgil's, Bai5 and Maine Root are the best tasting in my opinion.

    These switches can save you hundreds of thousands of calories a year.

    You don't have to compromise.

    And go out and enjoy nature.

    Weight loss green store tea is the answer for me. No more struggling with my weight because this supplement has aided me with my effective and safe diet. Gone are my old, pig days. I've become fitter and slimmer. Right now, I'm still drinking Weight loss green store tea but only for maintenance purposes. It has doe such a good job on me, I bet it could do the same to you.

    low-fat or fat free milk, whole grains, lean meats or meat alternates, and fruits and vegetables are all good things to include into your breakfast. Low fat yogurt is good too.

    Include at the very least 10 to 15 grams of protein, which suppresses ghrelin, some sort of hormone that stimulates your urge for food. Include eggs, which are which may control hunger.

    Bake a healthy breakfast before hand to ensure you don't grab a sugary scone out and about.

    Eat a grapefruit rather than drinking juice; the fiber will help you feel full longer, and grapefruit is proven to help with weight loss.
