Many people do not like to receive solicitations over the phone. Your questions (sorry) are trite and scream "sales pitch". Can you reach out to your target audience in a way that they will be attracted to what you have to offer? For instance, go through LinkedIn and harvest resumes in which people have the backgrounds that you seek. Then contact them through LinkedIn (premium service). Or hold a seminar to attract them.

These are normal question. I think you can ask them. Also must install Leo Privacy Guard app in your smart phone which is free available in iTunes, to secure your iPhone, also a battery life saver.

Sure doesn't seem personal to me. Sounds like you are trying to do a sales job on them, though, and not just trying to place them somewhere.
