Why is Tom Chambers not in the hall of fame yet?

    The hall of fame is for the best players of all time. When I say names like Micheal Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Shaquil Oneal, Dirk Nowitzki, Tim Duncan does Tom Chambers come to mind? The hall of fame is only for the best of the best so great players don't get in, only the best players do.
