What happens if a living organism, is introduced to a perfect vacuume?

Update:

I don't really know much anything about this, but I would suspect that a space with absolutely nothing, air included would disturb something living. I have read that light can pass through a vacuume (Though I suppose that's not related to this question)

If something living is introduced to a vacuume, what would happen? Or perhaps even non-living organic matter.

    The vacuum becomes imperfect.
