Well, you do have the free will as a human to be a fan of anything, no mater what kind of social prejudice exists for that. So, unless you become an obsessed, absorbed fan with little emotional maturity and a creepy personality, it is completely okay for you to be a fan of child-oriented media. And even if I did not at all like the movie myself, I have to admit that objectively, is is truly masterwork.

There are no restrictions on who can or can't be a fan of anything, including the movie "Frozen".
If you enjoy it, then you can be a fan.
