How can I make my puppy stop biting?
So my dog, Peanut is 2 months old. He will be 3 months Nov. 16 and he bites everything. He bites me sometimes, he bites my carpet, my blanket, my pants leg, my shoe, and he puts everything in his mouth. And I swear this dog doesnt listen to a word I say. So what should I do.
He's a Chiweenie btw

He is still young and has a habit of biting,so it's easier to correct him now then when he gets older, when he bites tell him "no" and snap your fingers tell him "sit" and when he listens give him a treat.Make sure he gets exercise or if he doesn't get how much he needs he might get destructive:[ this might take some time and a lot of patience do not get frustrated or any pressure on the dog it will just make it worse.hope this helps!

Dogs between each other always understand what the other is saying without words but with body language and energy.Think of your role model while you correct him.Put your mindset super intimidating and tell him"NO" without yelling. You have to be deadly serious about it.If that doesn't work, you can put your hand claw-like and "bite" him at the side of his neck to snap him out of it.Thats what mother dogs do.

It sounds like he is teething and unless you provide them with the proper equipment they will chew anything. I wouldn't call it bad behavior unless it continues into when all of the permanent teeth come in because he can't help it right now. Try and find something that he will chew instead. My dog chewed on the woodwork finish as a pup even when she had toys and we tried every toy available. She would suck on small rawhide bones that our other dogs had and putting her teeth on them finally stopped her chewing everything.

That is exactly what my friend's dog used to do. Whenever her dog came to my house, he used to bite on everything. He bit on my pants, my jacket, my clothes etc.
Make sure that you provide your dog with enough chew toys for him to satisfy his needs. Dogs need to chew on toys etc to improve their incisors. Since he is a puppy, I would recommend bone-sized chew toys because that means he can grip on them very easily. Or you can get a puppy kong. They are made for puppy teeth and you can put a bit of peanut butter in it. It really keeps them busy and they get a reward at the end.
You also need to teach your puppy that it is bad to bite on everything. Whenever he starts biting on something that he isn't supposed to bite on, scold him gently and tell him that it's bad to do that. If he stops, give him a treat to praise him.

Don't allow this poor behavior, correct it immediately, as it will only get worse, perhaps consider seeking professional help for yourself on how to train a dog properly before it injures someone/something, you're sued, and the innocent dog is euthanized.

I would definitely recommend some form of rebuke when he bites so he does not carry his behavior into his adult life. But he will for sure calm down some as he gets older (similar happened to mine)

Get a spray bottle. Fill it with a mix of a little vinegar and water. Spray him with it when he bites.
