I eat just for fun. And I think there is wrong with me..?

Okay so I literally don't stop eating. I always eat. I am pretty chubby for my height so i need to stop it as soon as possible. Here is the story:

I eat whenever i feel bored, or whenever i do not have something better to do. Which is all the time because i drop off high school and now i am full time home. Watching movies and tv series all day. Whenever i start watching a movie, i go grab junk. Whenever i wake up in the morning i want some spagetti to eat because that's how i feel like... I trick with my mom saying that "i woke up at 1 pm so it is lunch time already" just so she'll let me eat that spagetti... I order pizza or burger king whenever i want. I eat so much fast food. I make food late at night. Really late... Late 1-2 am. Last year i lost 23 kgs with doing diet and sports. But this year i feel like i lost my passion to everything. I stopped living. I am all alone now. I am that girl who is chubby and plays video games, watches movies all day in home and i hate this. I know this is not who i am and i know that I have to make it stop. Is there any solution to this? Should i visit psychologist?

Update:

by the way i am 76 kgs right now. last year i was 60 and i was looking pretty okay... I was so confident.

start slow. This has been happening to me recently as well. I just have these weird food cravings randomly and I eat non-stop, Literally. I personally think I am a bit lucky though; I gain wait quite slowly, so nothing showed for a while. My cravings have been getting out of hand lately, so not you can see my thighs got bigger, and my belly does bulge out. Im starting with this thing where I eat the same foods, but less. Gradually, I decrease the amount of food I eat, even its unhealthy. Its working pretty well so far; I started doing this about 2 weeks ago and lost a pound. Im sure that once I start eating less and being a bit more active, Ill lose more weight and faster, and Im sure that you will too, if you do this. eat the same foods, just less. Gradually decrease it though. If you make a major change that your body isnt used to, you could get sick

You really don't have to go visit a psychologist or anything, just make a couple changes to your life style. Try going for a 15-20 min jog in the morning and around dusk. Running can get help you more fit, which can help make you happier with your image. Running can release endorphins in the brain. Endorphins act as a natural "drug" that can make a person happier. If you can, run before bed. That will hopefully make you to tired to make some food. Also, make it a rule to not play video games, watch movies, or even be on you phone before bed. The blue light from the screens can disrupt your sleeping, which is probably why you stay up so late eating. As for eating, just try to eat healthier. nothing big, like giving up all your snacks, but you can usually always find healthier versions of things. Instead of salty potato chips, get unsalted. Instead of getting normal ice cream, get "light" ice cream. You can also try smaller tricks, like chewing a lot to make you feel fuller a little faster. One of the biggest tips i can give you is: bring cash only when out buying snacks. Without credit cards, you are more aware of what you are buying. If you bring only $25 dollars with you, you won't be able to get snacks excessively. when ordering out, get smaller portions ( personal pizza instead of medium). Just be aware of what you eat & when, as well as how much exercise and screen time you get.

Go to a doctor first of all. He will give you a diet plan. Talk to your parents about this. They need to know that you are concerned about your weight and they will want to help you. Also, you need to get out more; Ask your parents if you can go to a friends house, or go to the park or something. You can also try joining a sport: soccer, tennis, basketball, swimming perhaps. And did you say you dropped out of high school? Yeah, you should probably go back if you did. That is really not a good idea.
