Attorney General Loretta Lynch has proposed investigating anyone involved in "anti-Muslim" speech. Isn't this unconstitutional?
is the same investigations going into Muslims who engage in anti-Christian speech? Or anti-American speech?

It's a fine line. Presumably, you want them investigating people who engage in "anti-American" speech to see is they are planning a terrorist attack. Muslims have come under threats and violent action lately- burning of mosques, etc. It's the job of the government to protect ALL citizens and residents, not just the ones you like. So if they investigate the people and groups who are engaging in hate speech to see if they are planning violent action, that's the same as investigating possible Muslim terrorists, or right wing terrorists, and or anyone else who poses a threat.

It is a hollow threat unless the person has something else they can use against them this is why they are "investigating" instead of arresting. It is like the guy that made the video that supposedly caused the Bengazi affair. They wanted to arrest him but couldn't charge him with making a film so they got him on parole violations instead.

The neighbor of the San Bernidino terrorists was suspicious but did not want to report her neighbors out of fear of being accused of profiling.
It would make sense to encourage people like her to report their suspicions , it might prevent another tragedy
But the Attorney General is threatening to investigate people who express anti-Muslim feelings, like being suspicious that your Muslim neighbors are building bombs in their garage

There is no violent anti-christian hate speech in America. Anti-muslim rhetoric is part of why muslims turn radical, and therefor is a national security threat.

She doesn't mean Muslim murderers. it is okay to complain when they cut off your head in another part of the world. Don't expect to do this when they do this in the States.
