They are both one and the same with their common enemy being the USA
There is no evidence El chapo said anything about ISIS. He's a wanted man. If they were monitoring his email then he would be traced and back in jail by now.

Money is on ISIS. Cartels have trouble fighting the police while ISIS is fighting 3 or 4 ARMIES simultaneously. ISIS also have heavier weapons at their disposal and are literally willing to blow themselves up. They're fanatics. They don't fight for money.
No competition here.
Its like honeybees vs hornets.
It would be slaughter.

Mexican Cartels ISIS is bunch of thug's they only beheaded women children gay an men with no weapon they didn't faced any real combat.
Mexican cartels have been fighting their own armies police and with other gangs with weapons if so many Mexicans wouldn't he in prison they would killed all ISIS because they're battled hardened warriors who fought with other gangs for nearly 50 years?

I'd say the Mexican drug cartels. El Chapo is a very dangerous drug lord. Also think how many men are on his side.

I hope they really do fight each other.
They'll take out a lot of each others' forces, at any rate, and it's good riddance to bad rubbish.

Good question, hopefully the drug cartels. They are evil, but they aren't as evil as Islam.

They want to eliminate the competition, and those are more expensive than Mexicos offerings.
