Took plan b an hour after unprotected sex?
So a few questions , last Thursday I had unprotected sex (by pressure) but I made him pullout way before ejaculation , he then refused to buy me the plan b pill . I know there is precum , which could contain sperm , so I'm still kinda paranoid about that . Anyways today , he came over again and I told him he HAS to bring condoms , no it's ands or buts . He did and we sex , of course my luck , the condom broke and he did ejaculate all in me , I stood up and it all dripped out of me . I gave him money to go out and buy me plan b . I took it around 45 minutes after the accident , so very soon afterwords , I did take plan b twice last month too , so sense it'd be my 3rd time taking it , would it be less affective ? Anyways , I took the pill soon afterwords and now I'm paranoid to the max! What are my chances of pregnancy ?

No, Plan B does not become less effective with repeated use . However, it is not intended for regular use, as it is much less effective overall then regular birth control. Were I you, I would seriously put some thought into getting on some type of regular hormonal birth control.
