you would die simply from lack of nourishment......there is 280 calories in a pint of skim chocolate milk and 416 calories in a pint of whole chocolate milk...these vary a little from brand to brand...then there are 116 calories in a 223 gram apple (considered a large apple)...this would mean at the maximum you are getting 532 calories...this is just under half of the minimum calories a small person should be eating a day (a person between 90 and 100lbs.)...so after a month or so you would become pretty ill and eventually die...there are no real pros...you would lose a little weight before your body went into starvation mode and start storing all of the fat...you would be taking in just enough calories to keep your body on the line between real starvation and just prepping for starvation...your body will store fat in preparation for a season of low calorie intake, but if you cut the calories down even more or stop eating altogether it will switch from storing fat, to using the fat to survive...after this it will start eating muscle which is when your belly becomes bloated like the little children in third world countries...so other than losing maybe 20lbs. and saving money on food, there are no pros to eating this sort of diet that I can see...even if you really loved apples and chocolate milk you would quickly grow to hate them...so there are minimal pros and tons of cons to this...

That plan contains too much sugar to be considered healthy and will most certainly not contain sufficient nutrients or vitamins for a well balanced diet.

Perhaps have the apple, plain milk, some nuts (not peanuts), a few spinach leaves, carrot, celery, tomato, beetroot, other assorted vegetables, some lean meat or fish, one slice of quality wholegrain (not wholemeal) bread with olive oil or avocado on top.

Also have 1 x multi-vitamin pill per day.

Remember to exercise three or more times per week and see how that goes.

Very few pros, simply not enough of anything except maybe vitamins A, D and it's low fat.

Too lowfat. On this diet your body would shut down. Your nerves would simply erode away.

Well I've been feeling much better though. My friends say it's bad but I don't require much food and sleep all night and have more energy.

Severely lacking in nutrients and calories. Unsustainable in the long term.

I see only cons, you will get sick with that kind of diet. You will become malnourished

It sounds as if someone is becoming anorexic...

    Really sad indeed.

Well, keep it up long enough and you'll die.
