How would you diagnose this person's behaviour?
Hypothetical situation:
Often when this specific person gets into fights with people she will take a piece of them as a souvenir, such as an ear or a hand. She then hangs these above her bed.
This person has used extreme violence from a very early age, despite having had a relatively normal upbringing. How would you assess such a person?
I would like to add that this person does not exist, I am only wondering what sort of problems such a person may have.

Fucked up
Possibly Necrophilic
I would imagine such a person is also addicted to killing and taking those parts. Possibly a serial killer.
