Vitamin B12 in 100g (% of Daily Value) 每100g值(每天需要比例):
Low Fat Milk脫脂牛奶: 0.5μg (8% DV)
Reduced Fat Milk低脂牛奶: (8% DV)
Whole Milk 全脂牛奶: (7% DV)
Egg (Chicken)雞蛋: 2.0μg (33% DV) [每隻蛋:0.36μg (6% DV)x5-6只]
Fortified Soy Products 豆腐: 2.4μg (40% DV)
你食同等"重量"的豆腐的B12量會跟雞蛋差不多,,所以雖然單喝牛奶看似不足,只要你的素食類包含豆製品便可以補足了。當然沒有其他肉類而食品中每天不足300g豆品的話,你仍可以服B12補充的,其實服用多種維化命補充不同的維生素DV的20-30%以上基本上都可以足夠以防不足吧。
