Already closed firefox browser and all applications, but the system monitor's network activity showing the system is downloading at about 80KB/s. Don't know what are the stuff it is downloading?

If we open firefox and youtube, the video playing not smooth at all, all bandwidth are occupied by the Ubuntu system downloading stuff that we don't know what it is downloading !

Why photovoltaic panels efficiency decreases gradually?

Could it because of ultraviolet light and shorter wavelength radiation from Sun and high energy cosmic radiation/particles from outer space that causing the degradation of the semiconductor in the photovoltaic panels?

And during high solar activity, there are a lot of high energy particles from Sun, Will these high energy particles causing degradation of the semiconductor in the photovoltaic panels?

Last time I used to use andriod phone to surf internet. I check it's ip. and found that the ip often change by itself. On average, It changed every 2 or 3 hours. Just don't understand why it need to change every 2 or 3 hours. Is it a sign that some bad hackers trying to do something on my android phone? Feel paranoid so I disable the phone's data (2g/3g) function and don't use it to connect internet anymore.

We know comet contains lot of water ice. When comet come near the Sun. It's ice water vaporized by Sun heat and ejected into space around orbit earth.

Those water later got attracted by Earth gravity and gradually fall to the ground of Earth and fill the ocean.

If this theory is true, that means our ocean level will rise gradually not only because of global warming but also because of water added from the comets.

本人從2008年開始到現在已經8年實行素食，但不是全素，有喝牛奶和偶爾吃一些蛋糕雪糕。

2014年尾因車禍造成左腿股骨斷裂成3大塊。

手術後的兩個月我放棄了素食，但只個月，然後又恢復了素食。

我是否應該完全放棄素食呢？醫生的建議是叫我暫時放棄素食直到完全康復，

但從網路尋找的資料是說"素食能夠提供我們生體所希要的全部營養"。

可是手術後經過理療到現在已經一年多了，左腿只能夠承受35公斤的重量，（我的體重67公斤），依然必須依靠枴杖走路。

我用hdmi電纜連接筆電腦到電視看yuotube視頻有畫面但聲音還是在筆電,為甚麽都無法將聲音傳送到電視並從電視的揚聲器播放?

我的筆電是跑Oracle Solaris 11.3 的。

以前用Ubuntu都可以將聲音傳送到電視並從電視的揚聲器播放。

When connect to internet, my ISP assign me and internal ip (10.x.x.x)

I use whatismyipaddress.com to check the public IP, and I find that this public IP often change (it change every 2 or 3 hours and I didn't disconnect/reconnect from internet during that period), and the internal IP stay the same. Is this normal?

My photovoltaic panels (3KW) are off grid system, with 10 deep cycle batteries provide electricity at night.

I don't use aircond nor high power electric cooker. So 10 deep cycle batteries are enough to light up the energy saver light bulbs, some fans a TV and a laptop.

I tried to charge the electric car at night, than every light went blackout (except laptop, because it has its own battery of course). Disconnect the the cable from electric car, press the reset of the charge controller and the light came back.

What do I need to charge the electric car at night? So that I can proud to say that my electric car is zero carbon emission? I can't charge the electric car during day time because during day time I have to drive the car around town.
