All bandwidth are occupied by the Ubuntu system downloading stuff that we don't know what it is downloading?
Already closed firefox browser and all applications, but the system monitor's network activity showing the system is downloading at about 80KB/s. Don't know what are the stuff it is downloading?
If we open firefox and youtube, the video playing not smooth at all, all bandwidth are occupied by the Ubuntu system downloading stuff that we don't know what it is downloading !
note: our internet package's maximum speed is 1mbps,

You're downloading package updates. Open package manager to see which ones, and decide whether you want to cancel any of them.
