I would not name a girl Ezra. Maybe Eliza or Eden but not Ezra. I love it on a boy.

Nice name for a boy, awful name for a girl. With so many feminine choices for a girl, I don't know why you would give a girl a male name.

I don't like it, it sounds too feminine for a man and reminds me of the Arabic girls name Esraa.
