Well, of course. that is pretty well what climate change means, the climate changes; the basic weather patterns of an area differ, change, over the period of years to decades. not so much a question of if, but one of why and is there anything that anyone can do about it. I am of the pretty defensible opinion that only a fool would expect climate stasis. It just plain does not happen.

With the increased heat it has to be evaorating water from the ocean maybe if it picks up moisture kind of like lake effect snow

Yes. It's the sort of thing we expect. More energy in the system will cause wider variation in conditions.

Yes. I live in the northwest though but thats the reason for here. Incredibly cold now.
