The shading on the hair is odd. Unless his hair is bleached and only the center was left alone - it looks 'off' to me.
The marks under the eyes (not sure if that's hair ends or just lines) make it look like he's got bags under the eyes, which isn't probably what they intended.
Face needs shading on the left cheek and chin, the nose is shaded on that side, so the face needs it too.
I'm not a big fan of the light outline around the hair. On the neck and shoulders fine, but the hair/head area not so much. It makes things look too much like a coloring book.
