Ultimately, is anti theism useful for advancing our species within a humanistic framework?

As an atheist, I have to say no. We may not agree with the believer, but if they aren't harming anyone in any way, it doesn't benefit anything to keep fighting.

Theism will take care of itself over time based on the trends of our youth.

    Nothing we need to do.

This old atheist is not anti-theist. Some fellow humans need to have Hope.

My concerns center around keeping their silly superstitions out of our public schools and courts of law..

As a devotee of Evolutional Goodhism I see any belief and practice system that encourages increasing goodness and reducing fear as positive as goodness = evolutional fitness of mind and body , any system that does not focus on this needs urgent reformation, we must always fight for truth peacefully.

I hope not. Humanism is horrible.

It sucked when Christians started it. And it sucks now that atheists have taken up its Cross.
