Nowhere in all that did it say he was the son of god. So there it is. He would just be a very precious prophet.

They don't believe because God never had a wife so he could have no children, but they fail to reason that the life-giver is in a father which means life giver and provider.

It so makes me laugh when two mythologies are compared to see which is the 'real' one.
Which is more 'real', the Iliad or the Odyssey.

Very simple.
The claim made in a book without any reliable supporting evidence is still just a claim, not the truth.
