Is this a bad opening scene?

The main character (a 15 year old boy named Vincent) wakes up at noon, his father yells at him for being lazy and good for nothing, then tells him to get a suit case and pack because he's not going to waste his money raising worthlessness.

Get an actual plot for the entire story first, then base your opening on actually crafting the setup for the rest of the story to unfold. Don't make the mistake of just letting your characters go in one direction or another at random, the writer has to lead the reader through the story in the best way possible, which means actively using words and situations to shape your entire event.

I think it's good, I would keep reading at least.

Maybe add a few details, what was Vincent dreaming about before awakening, was the room clean or messy, was the mother around?

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on how well you can write the scene.

Yes it makes you think it is written by a fifteen year old.
