Most cases that are thought to be bipolar are a simple case of heavy metal poisoning. Heavy metal poisonings like Lead & Mercury can come from eating various types of fish or drinking water from a contaminated well. Lead & Mercury can cause severe depression; even when there is nothing wrong. In the meantime Selenium & Vitamin E can remove heavy metals from the body fast. So the patient can try taking 3 Selenium tablets & 4 Vitamin E soft gels for 3 to 5 days) They can repeat this regimen if the symptoms return.

Try talking with them when they are in a good place, not when they are having a bout of depression. Maybe get another trusted person to help you.
