Does Yahoo really think that effectively turning questions into croquet balls was a good idea?

I'm a level 7. I've only moved a question once and I've asked about doing it 3 or 4 times. The one time I did it, I could not answer the question and I thought it could be done in physics. The other times were just suggestions when I thought the question was in the wrong place, but I didn't think it was up to me to move anything, but would if requested by the poster.

I think most level 7 people would feel the same way.
