Thoughts on the name Ivy Claire?
I am happy with it, but I worry it sounds like 'I declare.' Also do you think Ivy needs a long middle name? Or is Claire okay?

Ivy Claire is a lovely name. Both names work well with each other. A longer middle name may work better, but there is nothing wrong with Ivy Claire. Keeping it short & simple has it's advantages for the owner of the name. Ivy Claire is short & simple, but it is also cute, strong & feminine - lovely.

I like Ivy but not Claire. It's just not as pretty and I do think it should have a long middle name.
Ivy Elizabeth
Ivy Madilyn
Ivy Lauren
Ivy Alayna

Ivy Claire is fine. I prefer Ivy with a longer middle, my favorite being Ivy Millicent.

Very cute. Both names go really well together. To me is does not sound like "I declare", I think Claire is the perfect middle name to go with the first name Ivy

That's really pretty, and also unique. Claire works really well for it, but if you wanted it a little longer then you could always change it Clara or Claris. Personally I think the original sounds beautiful. I always really did love compound names though. There's two little girls that go to my sister's school, their names are Ruby Jack and Anna Claire and I always remember them because of their names. Good Luck ;)

I think Ivy Claire is cute. I don't think it sounds like "I declare" at all.
But for myself, I like the combo of Ivy Amelia. I think it sounds sweet.

I like it.
Maybe change it to Ivory Claire with the nickname Ivy?
Or change it to Ivy Clarisse?
