The inner tank material of solar water heater is very important, the enamel inner tank can solve the problems effectively, and if used in hot area or low latitude where sunshine is good ,flat plate solar collector is recommended as the heat collecting component to avoid system high temperature. Meantime unpressurized solar water heater is recommend for domestic hot water requirements, it can solve the problems of high temperature corrosion.More questions ,you can send me an email: kevin@himin.com

Non-pressurized type is open to the air which makes it more safe, as in hot area/lower latitude, sun irradiation is realy strong. Now Himin solar co.has a patent 24V DC power booster and water use end pressure is 0.15MPa.

You can use non-pressure solar water system, and get the shower pressure with a pump. There are some manufacturers who are working on such pumps, such as Himin of China.

Non-pressure water heater is more durable since it's open to the air.

A sacrificial anode will fix the corrosion
