May be bad wedding or over pressure of water tank. And as you know, pressurized solar water system is closed-system, if the steam pressure cannot be released in time, the water tank will be influence by it and cased form-changing or even leakage.

Compared to non-pressure water heaters, pressurized water heater is a closed system, The inside of water tank is always under high temperature. In such environment, the tank is easy to erode and leak water.

The pressurized solar water can be easily to be corroded and leak water when the welding and material quality can not be guaranteed. Recommend unpressurized solar water.
