Why are Muslims so cowardly to stop evolution being taught in school? I was it in Kuwait.?

That's what happens when a country does not have a strong wall of separation between the state and its religious institutions. Creationists (whether of the Muslim or Christian variety) will try to find a way to exert an undue influence over public schooling and curriculum development.

That's also what would happen across entire regions of the United States were it not for the First Amendment and its prohibition of the establishment of any religion.
