Chick-a-Fil Peach Bowl, Florida State vs. Houston, who's to pick between the 2 teams?

With Houston being a lot more excited about playing in such a bowl game than Florida State, wouldn't that give Houston the advantage even though Florida State's a lot higher rated, and has a much tougher schedule? Thank You! I'd greatly appreciate some answers! :)

    Florida State is a little better but it'll be close and probably high scoring.

    Neither one ever plays anybody decent but Felony State probably has better talent.
