Why is related to who by look, and is relative to how by way of who.
But why stands mostly alone as a term of interrogativeness because although it is of being rational, it is difficult to answer. Often , allthat has ever effected an issue surely can be said to have some contribution as to why exactly an issue exists as it may.
Why is like hwy in that it is an abbreviated thing of peculiar nomenclature that often serves as why. Satisfaction of any why may be an adventure of research and investigation...going there...taking the why-way.
The fourth ammendment that protects a citizen from unneecessary search is a law that all should know why it is. First, it is assumed that a citizen is a member of the highest power inourgovernment, so dont screw with his rubber duckie....or whatever....because if you do, that public insult always gives a citizen an excuse to not stand up and aide the People whenthat ghostly call comes to mind. When some thing happens, three questions arise - what,
how and why.
You will get an answer to the first question within a
short period of time. It is physical in nature.
You have to spend more time to answer the second
question. It is mental in nature.
Different persons may give different answers for the
third question. They reconcile their memories with their
beliefs and values. But you will never get a true answer
for it - it is philosophical in nature.
