If you could contact the owner directly, you could make a special request. If you really want the lava lamp, try contacting a friend overseas who lives in a country where it does ship to and have the item shipped there so that they could ship it to you.

(be careful with how much you trust them). Other than that, the only way is to try and find the lava lamp on another website
