whether to speak up at work or stay quiet at work?

hello,

i'd like top start off at work that im very shy and i do worry alot what people think of me,

this one worker was picking on me and i went to my supervisor and said something,

now this worker has gotten the other supervisor against me and some of the managers aswell,

now i feel like false info about me has been given to them and now they are watching me all the time at work and making me feel intimidated with the amount of staring and sometimes following,

should i stay quiet and let it pass or say something?

thanks

i worked at the same job for 40 years and what you say is my story. First thing first "SILENCE IS GOLDEN". Then take a Public Speaking Course like DaleCarnegie.com‎. Work smart get to know the people you work with by talking with them but no complaining or gossiping. Find out what they like and talk about that. Be first to work and last to leave. in the meantime look for a better job and take it.

Stop being a wimp. Mummy can't look after you all your life. People only pick on people who let them. Instead of telling tales get on with your work and ignore these childish bullies.
