I have an ASUS F552L laptop running Windows 8 that suddenly ran into a problem. When starting it comes up with the error Your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. I've read countless forums that have the same issue but the difference for me is I see no loading counter, it just shows the error message for a second then shuts down I've tried various things to no avail the only F button that does anything is F2 that takes me to the aptio set up utility or if I repeatedly press the esc key on start up it takes me to 2 options 1- Windows boot manager
2 enter setup (aptio setup)
Before this occurred the laptop had no issues it was shut down normally then when I tried to restart it came to this it seems to be stuck in this loop and is frustrating the hell out of me I'm no computer whiz but have tried so many different things from various forums with no luck.

I have a good antivirus that is always up to date (Trend Micro) I can't get into any other area aside from mentioned above I'm not fussed if I need to wipe and start again as there is nothing on there I need.
The laptop was sent to ASUS a couple of months ago and repaired new hard drive and mother board (under warranty)
