Do 8 ohm subwoofers have 8 ohms on each coil ? Mine reads 4 on coil but says 8 ohm sub on the bottom, meter broke or ?

One sub gives me a bad reading on one coil as the spider tore, I glued back on, if I wire it to one coilreads fine. I'f I wire both then get a normal ohm, separate its all over the place.. that's 3 rd question. Can I still run it or can it ruin amp by reading 22 ohm then 10 ect, I fixed spider tho

All Diamond Elite subs have a dual voice coil design and they are either 2 ohms per coil (Model D102) or 4 ohms per coil (Model D104). Presumably if they say 8 ohms then you have the 4 ohm per coil model (2 x 4 = 8). The voice coils can be wired in series for 8 ohms, or in parallel for 2 ohms.
If you are planning to run both subs off a single channel (monoblock) amplifier, then the final impedance will either be 1 ohm or 4 ohms. You can't get to 2 ohms with two 4-ohm DVC subs, so if your amp is 2-ohm stable, then wire the voice coils in series and the subs in parallel with each other for a 4 ohm final. That will work fine. Wiring to 1 ohm can destroy a 2-ohm stable amplifier.
Also, if you cannot get a good, reasonably steady resistance reading from the sub you repaired you ought to replace it. Or, just run one sub and wire it for 2 ohms.
