I see, so because it won't stop all, or maybe even most mass shootings, it isn't worth doing. I mean even if it only saved a few lives a year, **** those people anyways, I have to waste my valuable time waiting on a background check just so a few people a year get to keep living? Thanks Obama.

Adam Lanza didn't have a background check.
Actually he closed the gun show loophole by making them require BG checks as well. That's what he did.

Did Obama's executive order force the pychiatrists in America to put all their people under treatment into a database for background checks? If not, it did nothing.
