My Dell Inspiron 3137 restore settings was interrupted. Now I can access only BIOS and Boot Mode. Otherwise it keeps restarting after logo.?

    Sounds like something is corrupt, try this, when it starts interrupted it and hold power until it shuts down. Power it on and it should ask you to launch windows repair..if it don't try it 2 or 3 times....you may need to reinstall Windows

    Also try f8 on start mode and start in safe mode with command prompt you can open cmd and run a chk disk in the command prompt.

    On the first option I gave you, if you found the problem and fixed it congratulation...if it don't find anything, don't press send and don't press don't send report...click the arrow and choose option 2 ....navigate to your c:/ drive and see if files are still intact or if a majority of the drive is empty... Then you know you need to reinstall windows

    It means that you don't have an operating system anymore. You'll most likely need to purchase a new OS for your laptop. If you can get ahold of Dell & tell them the problem. If they have a copy of your model's image, they may be able to send it to you.

    Interrupting the restore trashes the system. You will need to reinstall from scratch.
