How can I fix hijacked Microsoft Edge?

Update:

Either I have a virus or a setting has been changed for microsoft edge on my computer. Whenever I open edge it opens to techatomica.com/index and a pop up window appears that doesn't allow me to escape it. It continuously opens new windows with the same thing. The only way to close edge is by task manager.

I have disconnected from internet, checked my homepage, cleared cookies/history, restarted edge, restarted pc, and run several virus removal tools. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?
